What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address, your username, and an encrypted version of your password (we can never read the password itself). No phone number, no real name, nothing else.

We store the sites you build — your pages, text, and any images you upload — because that's the service. We also keep small preferences, like how you've chosen to sort your dashboard.

If you vote on or suggest something on the roadmap, we record that. If you transfer a site to someone, we store the email address you send it to, so we can deliver the invitation.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we also receive the name and email you provide there, along with your message.

How we use it

Your account details are used solely to run the service — logging you in, identifying your sites, and sending transactional emails like verification links and password resets.

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to you. We don't add you to any mailing list.

Anything you publish on your site is, of course, public — that's the point of a website. Sites you haven't published stay private to your account.

We don't sell your data

Your information is never sold or rented — not for advertising, not for analytics, not for anything.

Two companies handle data on our behalf, purely so the service works: our hosting provider, which stores the database and your uploaded images, and Resend, which delivers our emails and therefore sees the address we're sending to. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

One cookie, and only one: the login cookie that keeps you signed in. It lasts 30 days, and that window restarts each time you visit, so you stay logged in as long as you keep using the site. Logging out removes it immediately.

It's strictly necessary — without it you'd have to log in on every page. There are no tracking cookies, no marketing pixels, and no third-party scripts that follow you around the web.

Stored in your browser

A few things are saved on your own device rather than sent to us. They never leave your browser unless you choose to save your work to an account.

• If you start building before signing up, your draft site is kept in your browser so you don't lose it. It's only sent to us if you create an account and save it.
• Small preferences — your dashboard sort order, whether autosave is on, and whether you've dismissed the cookie notice or the verify-your-email reminder.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it, including an unsaved draft.

How long we keep it

Your account and sites stay until you delete them. If you sign up but never verify your email, the account and anything in it are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account settings. It removes everything — your sites, pages, uploaded images, and the account itself — permanently and immediately. There's no recovery, so export anything you want to keep first.
